Yes — you can cancel your membership anytime. Just give us at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Once cancelled, any credit you’ve built up stays on your account for future use (but it’s not refundable).
Can I cancel anytime?
Your membership includes unlimited casual LED visits (because who doesn’t love a quick skin pick-me-up?). Just book ahead, they’re subject to availability *LED session are separate to your regular facial visit. Cannot be combined with your facial/treatment booking
What about my LED sessions?
No stress! Your unused credit rolls over to the next month. It never disappears while your membership is active, but to keep things tidy, all credit needs to be used within 12 months of being added to your account.
What if I don’t use all my credit one month?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a birthday gift, exclusive member-only offers, and surprise rewards throughout the year. Think seasonal service bonuses, retail treats, and collabs with our favourite local brands.
Do I get any extra perks?
You can use your monthly credit on any services or skincare at SkintifiX. Plus, as a member, you’ll enjoy 10% off ALL services and 5% off ALL products, even when using your credit.
What can I spend my credit on?
Each month, $179 is automatically debited from your nominated account and added to your SkintifiX account as credit. You can use that credit on any treatments or skincare in-clinic — your skin, your choice!
How does the Skin Club work?
Membership payments are non-refundable, but all your credit remains valid for 12 months and can be used anytime on any service or skincare while you’re part of the SkintifiX family.
Can I get a refund instead of credit?
Your Skin Club perks are just for you. Credits and discounts are non-transferable and linked to your personal SkintifiX account. Your friends are always welcome to join Skin club and start a membership of their own!
Can I share my credit or discounts with a friend?
If we ever need to adjust the price or perks of the membership, we’ll always give you at least 30 days’ notice via email. No surprises, promise.
Will the price ever change?
If you haven’t visited us for three months, we’ll automatically pause your membership. Your accumulated credit will stay on your account, and you can reactivate whenever you’re ready to return.
