You will notice we have a tiered pricing structure for our treatments. This allows us to offer an inclusive option for the level of investment you prefer, whilst still receiving an exceptional, high end treatment with our team.

Emerging Therapist
A therapist guided by our principle and senior team, emerging into the advanced skin industry. Your emerging therapist is an apprentice or therapist new to our team, learning and growing in our skin treatment ways. Booking with an emerging therapist is the perfect way to enjoy the benefits of our treatments at a reduced investment whilst still kicking serious skin goals!
Senior Therapist
Our senior team have many years of working in our skintifix treatment philosophies and have developed an exceptional eye and talent for skin correction. They are dedicated to your skin and your results and have a regular and thriving league of committed clients. Whilst open for new clients, the waitlist might be longer as they are in high demand.
Principal Therapist
A booking with Robyn, our clinic principal and expert skin therapist. With over 15 years of skin treatment experience, you will be under the guidance of highly experienced hands. Due to an incredibly high demand, our Principal is currently unavailable for new client treatments, with the exception of those seeking an Advanced Skin Analysis. If you choose to see Robyn for your treatments, we can pop you on a waitlist, meanwhile all skin treatments will be booked with a senior or emerging therapist under her guidance until an opening becomes available.

DERMAVIDUALS
For over a decade now we have trusted dermaviduals® skin care. dermaviduals® is free from harmful ingredients that often contribute to irritated skin conditions.
Dermaviduals® do not contain:
- Emulsifiers
- Preservatives or parabens
- Silicones or mineral oils
- Perfumes or fragrances
- Amines
MAKE UP MATTERS
We know that whilst your skin is on its journey to health that you may choose to use make up to cover any blemishes, redness or uneven tone. We believe make up should be an extension of your skin care, not part of the problem.
It’s our philosophy that makeup is an extension of your skin care. We use the cleanest, skin friendly make up that will not interfere with your treatments or keep you in that limbo of one step forward two steps back when it comes to results.
The health of your make up is vital to moving forward in your skin journey. We have a comprehensive range of foundations to choose from no matter the texture or feel that you prefer. We have sourced the cleanest make up on the planet to help you correct, cover and conceal any spots that steal your confidence!
We love and recommend dermaviduals® Deco and Jane Iredale mineral foundations and will help you to find the perfect match. If not, we will make it for you! (yes, we even build make up from scratch to be the perfect colour for you!)
Clinic Etiquette
Booking/Cancellation Policy.
Skintifix requires a booking fee of $55 to secure your booking. This payment is taken at the time of booking your appointment and is refunded at the end of your treatment course. Your booking fee will be forfeited if you fail to arrive for your booking or if you give less than 24 hours notice to change or cancel your booking.
Appointments Times
We always run on time. We have reserved your room, your skin therapist and equipment especially for you. Arriving late may require your booking to be altered, shortened or rescheduled. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in your consultation form.
Health
In the interest of our team and other guests, if you are unwell, we ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Mobile Phones
For your own "time out" and in consideration of our other guests, please switch your mobile phone to silent whilst you are in the clinic.
Children
Due to the nature of our treatments, Skintifix is not a child friendly environment and we cannot provide a childsafe place for them whilst you’re in a treatment. Our team are solely focused on you during the entirety of your booking and cannot ensure your child will be attended to at all times. Please make arrangements for childcare so that you can get the most enjoyment from your time with us.
